TheWork to Play program has games every Friday during the season and culminates with Work to Platy Cup, a year-end celebration for all 1,230 participants of the Work to Play program. Generally scheduled in early June, the Cup draws over 100 individuals who come to volunteer their time in order to help staff and run the event. Last year, we hosted 100 volunteers who filled roles such as assistant coaches, referees, photographers, and food station managers. Urban Initiatives would greatly appreciate the opportunity to host members of the Kenilworth Union Church as volunteers at the 2019 Work to Play Cup.
