Service Opportunity Details: Annual Read-A-Thon event volunteers can serve on the Read-A-Thon Committee to plan and fundraise for the events and help as day-of-event volunteers.

Location: Chicago-Belmont Cragin

Volunteer Ages: Young Adults, Adults, Groups

Frequency: One-time, Periodic

Frequency Details:  Read-a-Thon takes place during the late February and early March. The Read-A-Thon Committee convenes in the fall to begin planning the events. Volunteer involvement can be one-time or frequesnt depending on availability and interest in particiapting on the planning committee vs. only volunteering at the events.
