Premium Presale: Thursday, July 12 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Grand Sale: Saturday, July 14 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Rummage needs you! It takes more than 300 volunteers to operate the sale each year. Help sort and prepare items for sale in late spring and early summer, assist customers at the sale in July, or help tidy up afterwards. Or help set up and tear down the space, provide food for workers and customers, hang signs, deliver yard signs or perform scores of other needed tasks.

Whether you have a few hours to give or can take on a major role, Cris Guthrie will find a way for you to help.

The bulk of Rummage work before the sale gets done during regular sorting hours, which start Monday, June 11 and run through the week of the sale. Regular sorting hours are Mondays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Tuesday evenings from 7 to 9 p.m., and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to noon. Advance signup is not required; just check in at the Rummage desk at the southwest corner of the church, behind the cloisters, and you’ll be put to work.

Clean out your clutter, pass along lovely items you haven’t used in years to people who will be delighted with them, help others—and get a tax deduction.  Drop off items at 417 Warwick Road from June 7 to July 5.  Or make a Blue Bag donation to provide Outreach agencies with a Blue Bag full of Rummage goods. Or participate in Rummage Fest.

Shop to your heart’s content, getting great bargains and wonderful merchandise, all while supporting good causes. At the Premium Presale on July 12 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., customers pay a 50 percent presale premium, in return for getting maximum choice from Rummage’s fabulous offerings. On Grand Sale day, July 14, customers get the biggest bargains.
