TENTH ANNUAL KUC YOUTH MUSIC RETREAT!
SEPTEMBER 12, 13 & 14, 2008
We are starting off an exciting year with our 10th Annual KUC Youth Music Retreat! Please save the dates of September 12-14, 2008 and keep in mind that the deadline for retreat registration is August 7, 2008.
Please read the letter about the retreat and complete:
- response form
- health information form
(must be printed out and signed by parent or legal guardian and mailed to Lisa Bond at KUC) - roommate preference form
Here's how:
Just click on the response form and the roommate preference form to open them, save them to your hard drive with new names, complete the forms and email them as attachments to Lisa Bond's attention at KUC, lbond@kuc.org or print out the forms on your printer and bring them to the church. Of course, you could "snail mail" the forms if you prefer.
We are looking forward to receiving your information by August 9, 2007.
