Congregational Care : Knitting Ministry
Come join us twice a month for an afternoon of knitting and conversation. Experienced knitters and beginners are all welcome! We meet at the church from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm on the first and third Wednesdays each month and knit prayer shawls to comfort those who are going through difficult life transitions. We also knit lap robes for American soldiers in hospitals abroad. This is an opportunity to share your knitting skills and/or learn new ones as we make projects for those in need.
