Care Guild attends to Church members by delivering meals, writing notes, assist with transit, and making phone calls to individuals and families during life’s ups and downs. Please consider participating in this vibrant and important ministry.
Care Guild Positions:
TEAM LEADER-coordinate care guild services for one month, assigning team members to tasks needed to be performed during the month.
TEAM MEMBER-deliver meals, write notes or visit members as assigned by the team leader for your month.
COOK-Cooks help when our Care Guild freezer needs to be stocked. Cooks will get a call or email when a cooking day is set. We cook as needed throughout the year. It’s a fun way to be with others while helping others.
DRIVER-pick up and drop off members who do not or cannot drive to appointments, errands or Kenilworth Union events.
CARING CONNECTIONS-provide occasional visits and ongoing companionship to those who may not be able.
SUBSTITUTE-on call position, flexibility to cover assignment when someone is needed to fill in.
Join us in friendship on Thursday, October 12 for the Care Guild Fall Reception at 7 p.m. in the Culbertson Room.
Please RSVP to Kathy McCabe or (847) 853-2002 to attend the Care Guild Fall Reception.
