Music for Christmas

Dear Friends of Kenilworth Union Church,

“Jesus is the reason for the season!” The Bond Family has collected over 100 Christmas ornaments over the years, and a tiny sleigh etched with this phrase is the most important. We encourage you to take time to be gracious, and give thanks to God for our Savior, Jesus Christ. Forget about the the hustle and bustle, and jam packed to-do list.  Take time this Advent season to breathe, and focus on the anticipation of the greatest gift ever given. The birth of the Messiah brought light into our world. Come and worship at Kenilworth Union Church, and feel God’s warmth and light through inspiring music.

This Sunday, December 6, Chancel Choir and orchestra will be offering special music for both Advent worship services with John Rutter’s Gloria, and Dan Forrest’s Arise, Shine!

Lessons and Carols will be offered for the glory of God on Sunday, December 13 at 9 and 10:30 a.m. All Kenilworth Union Church musical ensembles, from ages 7 to 80 something, will come together and praise Him through song.  Invite your neighbors and friends to come and sing along. Let’s pack the pews!

“O come let us adore him, Christ the Lord.”

Blessings, Lisa Bond
