The registration meeting for the 2010-2011 school year and 2010 summer program will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2009 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. This meeting is highly recommended for families new to AJN.
You may also fill out and turn in applications on Monday, Nov. 9, 2009 from 7:00-8:00 pm.
Our tours with our Director, Kathy Irvin and parent visitation will be offered three times this fall. Note that you may come to whichever time suits your schedule. If you would like to see a specific class "in action", come to that specific visitation.
Tots Two's and Older Two's: 10:00 am October 20, 2009
Junior Kindergarten: 2:00 pm October 22, 2009
Tots Two's/Older Two's and Three's: 10:00 am October 28, 2009
Applications will be available in the Children's Ministries Office beginning November 2, 2009. In order to be included in the lottery, you must register at one of the times listed above.
Each application requires a $100 application fee (non-refundable) payable to Kenilworth Union Church. Summer program applications must have a check attached for the full amount of the program at the time of registration.
Your child will be notified by mail of his/her placement or wait list status by December 1.
Please note that we try our best to honor your first choice, but cannot guarantee it. For this reason, applicants must list a second choice preference where applicable.
Class lists are created after much deliberation by the AJN Director and staff. Therefore, we cannot honor friendship requests.
Note: If you would like your child to be put on a waiting list for one of our programs after the November lottery, you must fill out an application form. Applications will be available outside of the Children's Ministries office after November 12. Please place applications in Kris Whisner's mailbox in the Children's Ministries office. Sorry, no phone requests will be accepted.
